When is my hot water system due for replacement?
Generally, a hot water systems life span is around 10 years depending on the Brand, make and model (You can check the date of manufacture in the sticker on the cylinder.) After this time, you will have rust developing inside the tank and although you may still have hot water, the water quality will be poor.
